Introduction

Daylesford Organic, the luxury food retailer, took advantage of a platform move to invite agencies to re-appraise their online design and create a more inspirational, luxurious and commercial customer experience.

After leading the winning pitch, my role was to interpret the brief, set the creative vision and lead our team to deliver “a digital destination that was both beautiful and functional”.

In 2020, we invited agencies to re-imagine the Daylesford digital experience with clear objectives: to design a consistent and commercial customer and brand experience online, and to present a more inspirational way to shop our ranges with content integrated for storytelling. We wanted to encourage people to explore, engage with and understand Daylesford Organic. 

As the Creative Director for the project, Paul understood our challenge from a brand, retail and design perspective. He supported us with imaginative solutions that made the most of the platform's functionality, with the aim of encouraging engagement and supporting conversion. Paul was responsive, engaging and worked closely with our team to create a digital destination for Daylesford that was both beautiful and functional.
