Introduction
Avoca is a leader in Ireland’s retail and food sector with a rich heritage and a reputation for quality. The business operates across 13 stores and cafes and an online store. Customers report being delighted by in-store design, expertise and products which evokes a sense of “wander and wonder”.
A key priority for Avoca was to translate this “wander & wonder” experience online, to produce a best practice and “state-of the art” digital experience.
I acted as the interface between the brand and the technical side of the agency. Interpreting the brief, formulating customer experience, setting creative direction and consulting with the client to ensure both creative and retail alignment was maintained.
