Introduction
Audley Travel are the largest “tailor made” travel business in the world. Their site receives millions of visitors a year who study multiple travel itineraries to plan their own trips. However, only a small number ultimately book direct.
I was responsible for engaging the project, interpreting the brief, formulating the experience strategy, creative direction and delivering results. Changes enacted so far have delivered substantial increases in conversion and revenue.
