In 2020, we invited agencies to re-imagine the Daylesford digital experience with clear objectives: to design a consistent and commercial customer and brand experience online, and to present a more inspirational way to shop our ranges with content integrated for storytelling. We wanted to encourage people to explore, engage with and understand Daylesford Organic. 

As the Creative Director for the project, Paul understood our challenge from a brand, retail and design perspective. He supported us with imaginative solutions that made the most of the platform's functionality, with the aim of encouraging engagement and supporting conversion.

Following a pitch situation, we appointed Lewis as our chosen agency.  Their experience and knowledge of e-commerce sites was evident at the pitch, as was their passion to deliver a great online experience for our customers.
